  •  Direct support of Technical Superintendents in daily fleet operations
  •  Insight into vessel management, maintenance planning and drydock projects.
  •  Communication with vessels, shipyards, suppliers and service partners worldwide 
  •  Participation in technical projects and operational coordination 
  •  A steep learning curve within an experienced maritime team 
  •  Real responsibility from day one 


What we are looking for:

  •  Motivation and willingness to learn
  •  Structured and reliable way of working
  •  Interest in shipping, technology and vessel operations
  •  Team spirit and hands-on mentality
  •  Good English skills and confidence with MS Office
  •  Maritime background or first industry experience is an advantage — but personality matters just as much

You will become part of a growing technical organization with short decision paths, direct communication and the opportunity to make a visible difference across an international fleet. 

 

Your role: 

  •  Technical management of assigned vessels
  •  Maintenance, repair and drydock coordination
  •  Budget and cost control
  •  Communication with vessels, shipyards and suppliers worldwide
  •  Audits, inspections and compliance follow-up
  •  Driving operational reliability and technical performance
