Accounting employee (m/f/d)
The scope of duties includes
- Verification, account assignment and posting of supplier invoices, including handling of all invoice-related workflow processes, as well as related activities
- Payment transactions
- Invoice control with the Fleet Management System
- Communication with tax advisors
- Optimisation of processes
- Preparation of evaluations
We are looking forward to applicants (f/m/d) with the following professional and personal qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (f/m/d) or as a shipping clerk (f/m/d)
- Professional experience in accounting is desirable
- Conversational German skills in spoken and written, English skills an advantage
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Strong numerical skills, reliability and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, independent working style and ability to work in a team

Superintendent
Nautical / Technical Inspector (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Supervision incl. planning of maintenance and repair of the nautical systems, deck equipment and safety systems of the current fleet
- Ensuring economic efficiency
- Close cooperation and communication with the ship's crews
- Supervision/creation of ISM/ISPS documentation
- Supervision of the certification process
- Auditing within the framework of the ISM and ISPS Code
- Follow-up and processing of all deficiencies
- Documentation of Port State Control Reports
- Processing of insurance claims
- Preparation and execution of dockings
Your skills
- A completed vocational training in the field of nautical science
- Relevant seafaring experience as a nautical officer together with patent AG/AM
- Experience in the inspection of a shipping company
- Experience in dealing with ISM/ISPS and auditing
- Conversational German skills required, written and spoken
- English skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Knowledge in the field of ship newbuilding/repair
- Understanding of economic interrelationships and cost awareness
- Strong communication skills, independent working style and ability to work in a team
