The shipping company Reederei Jens & Waller GmbH & Co. KG has a long maritime tradition already over three generations and in the last years we are growing and expanding both on land and on sea side. Presently we manage over 30 vessels in our fleet. 

Our main focus is on the technical and nautical management of the vessels. With our experienced Superintendents we offer a good support to captain and crew and jointly we are working as a team to improve and maintain vessels condition.

Purchasing plays a major role to support for a good maintenance. With our good contacts and expertise, we supply the vessels worldwide with their requirements.

To improve vessels and crews’ performance and to ensure safety on board and for the environment, rules and regulations are having highest priority. Our long-time established Safety Management System is well controlled from office side. Our colleagues in the ISM department ensure good support for crew on board. During regularly visits and inspections, we keep control of the condition on board and are constantly working on improvements.

The key to a good performing vessel is well educated and motivated crew combined with a good working communication between vessel and office. We offer a variety of vessel types and a possibility of growth within the company.
